How do I reserve a party date?+
To reserve a party date, please click the "Book A Party" link and follow the prompts to see date and time availability. Once your date has been confirmed, a non-refundable deposit MUST be made in order to secure your reservation. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as cash deposits at the venue, by appointment only.
Can I view Sugar Plum Parties® before I reserve a party?+
Appointments can be made to view the venue in person before or after booking. Please call us directly to schedule.
What days of the week can I have a party?+
We mostly host parties on the weekends, please contact us if you would like to have a weekday party.
How long is a party?+
Depending on your selected party package, our parties range from one and a half (1.5) hours to 3 (three) hours.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests I can invite?+
The number of guests included will depend on your selected party package. Attendance over your included guest count will be charged an additional rate of $64.99 per person.
What ages are your parties for?+
Sugar Plum themed parties are best suited for girls aged 3-13. We offer a variety of party themes to cater to girls of all ages. Please view the specific Party Packages & Themes for more details.
When do you need the final count of guests?+
A final headcount is required seven (7) days prior to your party.
What forms of payments do you accept?+
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as cash. Sorry we do not accept checks.
Can I pay more than the deposit amount before my party?+
No, for record keeping purposes we ask that you only pay your deposit in advance and pay the balance on the day of your party.
Can I tip my party hosts?+
While it is not required or included in your Party Package, gratuities are welcomed at your discretion. Your party hosts will indeed do a great job and we look forward to celebrating with you!
Can I arrive early? +
Because we host several parties daily, event guests will be allowed into the venue promptly at the party start time.
What happens if I arrive late to my own party?+
Because we host several parties in one day, it is important that we start and finish all parties promptly. Please note that we are unable under any circumstance to extend any parties due to late arrivals.
What happens if a guest arrives late?+
Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed to. For example, if the guests have already completed nails and hair and have started dancing, the late guest will skip nails and hair and join in the dancing.
What happens if I have to cancel my party?+
All deposits are non-refundable. If you have to re-schedule less than fourteen (14) days prior to your party date, a $50.00 fee will apply. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to other services.
My child has a food allergy, can I bring in my own birthday cake?+
We understand the sensitivity of food allergies, please discuss with your Sugar Plum Parties® coordinator prior to booking.
Can I get my party catered?+
We allow outside catering for an additional fee of $50.00.
Can I provide balloons for my party?+
For safety reasons, latex balloons are not permitted in the party room. Though not necessary, you may bring your own mylar balloons into the venue.
Can I bring goodie bags for my guests?+
Goodie bags that are individually bagged and packaged for each guest are permitted. Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding what is or what is not permitted.
What should party guests wear?+
Our clothes are washed after each wearing so we leave the choice of undergarments (underwear, leotards, bodysuits, bathing suits, etc.) to the parents.
Can other parents and/or siblings stay for the party?+
Parents are always welcome to stay. Siblings are more than welcome to come, however only the participating party guests are allowed to partake in the party activities.
How do you handle misbehaving children?+
Please note that it is not our responsibility to discipline ill-mannered party guests. We are here to engage the children in a whimsical and enchanting party experience. It is the responsibility of the client to handle any children that are misbehaving and causing disruption to the party atmosphere.
Sugar Plum Parties assumes no responsibility or liability for any or all accidents or theft. It is your responsibility to secure all personal belongings before, during, and after the party. Sugar Plum Parties is not responsible for allergic reactions or illnesses related to the food or beverage(s) brought in by the host parent and consumed at the party.
